Job Description

We are looking for an initiative individual as our administrative support. Your role at NEXEA will require you to wear many hats and be involved to support many areas of the business. We are looking for someone with administrative experience who can provide bookkeeping and HR duties

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Perform the day to day Administrative and HR operation activities in the department
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support to team
  • Assist management in preparing monthly records and reports
  • Handling of payroll for staff, including salary, OT, and allowance in ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Assist in accounting and administrative programs and activities, including daily accounting data entries 
  • Prepare all HR related tasks, including but not limited to offer and confirmation letters, dealing with email enquiries, taking minutes 
  • To support the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts. 
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks when required by the team
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • At least 2 years’ of working experience in the related field
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin/Account/HR/Law
  • Working knowledge of Labour Law and Government regulations and understand of HR statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written abilities
  • Must be able to interact with people at all levels and must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work beyond office hours when necessary and must have a car as some travel is required
