JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Duties and Responsibilities

  • deal directly with customers through various platforms either chats, email, telephone, etc 
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • perform customer verifications
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • record details of actions taken
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • follow up on customer interactions
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requirements :

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
  2. 1-3 working experience, preferably in Marketing or eCommerce
  3. Excellent in English in verbal and written form
  4. Adaptability and creativity skills to come up with prompt solutions
  5. Good team work as the role require interaction with different departments
