Responsibility :
- To support and assist customer in resolving their machine performance issue in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation.
- To carry out machine Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- To update timely the service call status, submission of report etc as per the process.
Education :
Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or IT Network and relevant field.
Experience :
Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Working experience in relevant field and basic Network troubleshooting skill is an advantage. Training will be provided.

- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- With strong self-initiative and creativity.
Transportation :
Possess own car transport. Allowance will be provided.
Contract length: 12 months yearly renewal basis.
