JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with clients on events and set up.
- Assist project manager.
- Event planning.
- Acquiring new clients.
JOBS REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Accumulative 3 months for Executive, 2 years for Manager work experience in this field or similar.
- Good organization skills for events planning.
- Excellent resources acquiring suppliers, part-timers, and other related events requirements.
- Good understanding of event processes and delivery excellence.
- Good command in English to liaise with clients and sites. Chinese speaking plus point.
- Travel regional and APAC to handle events.
- Willingness to work event hours.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Love for brand events and possess high standards of quality in delivery.
