Designation : Process Associate – BPO Operations (Customer care Representative)

Location            :      Selangor, Malaysia

Industry : Travel Transportation, Travel Management Company / TMC / Cruises / Airlines Industry (T&T)/Call Center/BPO

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. for a World Leading international Airlines & giving efficient customer service.

• Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail. 

• Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide 

• Assisting customer with making a reservation /modification /cancellation & Flight Information

• Providing Excellent Customer Service

• Should understand the business needs and work accordingly in the interest of the organization.

• Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Essential Experience:

• Total experience should be 0-4 years 

• Experience in Travel / Airlines industry / Contact Centre / BPO will be an added advantage

Personal Style Enablers: 

• Professional attitude and personal presentation.

• Should be a team player with positive attitude.

• Ability to work during nights (24/7 rotational shifts) 

• Ability to multi-task & withstand pressure

• Should be adaptable to change.

Language Proficiency

• English + Mandarin

• English +Cantonese 

Education: 

Graduate in any discipline
