Job Description

CaterSpot is an online marketplace that connects companies and people with great local catering options. We offer users the possibility to order 2000+ catering menus and packs from a curated list of caterers and restaurants in Singapore and Hong Kong with island-wide coverage. Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as Logistic Operations Executive, as we continue to expand our presence and capabilities across South–East Asia. This role will be based at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Oversees daily deliveries to be completed on a timely and smooth deliveries to customer
  • Manage communications diligently with stakeholders (E.g.: Drivers , Key partner restaurants / caterers) on delivery-related matter
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot logistics related issues and liaise with the Customer Care team in resolving them
  • Manage and clear daily logistics deliveries and backlogs, i.e. ensuring orders are delivered on time
  • Conduct trainings to fleet of drivers on deliveries
  • Resolve driver complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the rest of the team
  • Involve in delivery route planning for deliveries in both SG and HK
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Primary Language(s): Cantonese (Required to liaise with Cantonese-speaking Clients from Hong Kong) and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Experienced candidates as well as fresh graduates are both welcomed
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in of Microsoft Office (especially excel spreadsheets)
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Passionate in the eCommerce industry – experience in eCommerce / startup / operations is a bonus!
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (7am – 4 pm or 10am – 7pm, 5 days a week which may include weekends & Public Holidays (company follows Singapore Public Holiday Schedule)
