Job Description

The Project Executive works closely with the Project Manager to assist in delivering high quality client projects on schedule. The role provides plenty of opportunities to learn and as much autonomy as you can handle. If you land this role, be prepared to engage with our clients and our engineering teams. With the clients, you will have to analyze and understand the problem that they face or that they are trying to solve; then clearly communicate a workable technical solution that should be built by our engineering team. The role requires you to be comfortably technical in order to recommend a realistic solution that can be built by our engineers. You will be building products for not only us but also our clients, so this opportunity is one where your learning and experience can grow very fast. Here is some detailed responsibilities below:

– Analyze client requirements and discuss workable technical solutions

– Be ready to communicate and own the client account so that they have someone to go to at any time. Communications with client should be clear and management of expectations should be set early on when issues arise

– Break down the client requirements into groupings and work with the engineering team to create project estimates and timelines

– Prepare proposals, quotations, and invoices to send to the client

– Work closely with the UI/UX team in delivering proposals and projects

– Prepare documentations and briefs to the UI/UX and engineering team before commencement of a project

– Adapt to different project management methodologies based on requirements set by the client and project manager

– Work with the QA team to test products as they are built

– Keep projects on track by managing both the deliverables from the client and engineering team

– Employ creative problem solving when you encounter sudden, unforeseen blockers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Have at least 1+ years of experience

– Have excellent English communication skills both verbally and written; bonus points if you’re also fluent in another language

– Be goal and solutions oriented; you can’t sit around waiting for things to happen, you need to push whoever needs to be pushed to get things done
