Mainly being responsible to managing and coordinating a small team of sales personnel and activities to build and maintain strong relationship with customers. The responsibilities of this role includes:


  • Managing the sales team to generate new leads & business opportunities
  • Handling accounts and prioritise the daily sales activities to achieve sales targets
  • Developing, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives and optimizing the company value and proposition with the sales team
  • On a monthly basis, report and comment on sales activities to ensure achievement of monthly / yearly objectives as well as initiate corrective actions to meet them
  • Developing and managing proactively and systematically effective business relationships with accounts on a long-term basis to maintain a good customer relationship
  • Attending to enquiries and complaints through phone ,email and proper management of enquiry , including solving the specific problems
  • Responsible to constantly find the price in market and proposes selling prices based on the market information
  • Systematically identify new business opportunities for current customers and develop customized solutions for them
  • Building and maintaining close contact to key decision makers & influencers per segment
  • Identifying & evaluating potential business areas for market segments, customer groups, geographic coverage (market research)
  • Accomplishing sales human resource objectives by recruiting, training, coaching , disciplining employees and job expectations
  • Experience in IT, online advertising or property industry
  • Having a strong interpersonal , communication and presentation skills

  • Prefer Malaysian Citizen
  • 2+ years of experience in management of sales team required
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing , Business Studies or equivalent preferred, but not required if skills proven through experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work independently, under pressure, meet tight deadlines & is results oriented
  • Self motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess own trasport
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in English and other languages
  • HIghly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Pleasant personality with mature thinking
  • Ability to drive sales team
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma , Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia , English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales- Engineering / Technical / IT or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
