Palenca is a Payroll API for Latin America. We make it possible for any worker to share their employment data. Like Plaid, but for Payroll.
We want to allow all 300m formal workers in LatAm to be able to share their employment records to access a service (e.g: Lending, Recruitment, Rental, Insurance, Banking).
We are starting with the Gig Economy, which represents 50m people in LatAm.
