Servify is a device lifecycle management platform that integrates multiple OEM Brands and their sales and service ecosystem. As a product based B2B2C company, Servify brings brands and their consumers on a single platform to deliver great after-sales service experience. This gives the customers transparency and cancels the need for any 3rd party interference. The steps are as easy as ordering food on an app, the Servify App asks the customer to register the device and supports with pick up, repair, drop off, installation and servicing of the device. We are not commonly known by consumers as we work with major brands that partner with Servify to fulfill their requirements like extended warranty, white labelling, insurance, trade-in and servicing/repairing to name a few. In short, our product revolutionises the after sales services for the brand as well as the consumer.
Started in 2015, India Headquartered Servify has spread its reach in multiple countries across the globe. We have fully functional working offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon & Hyderabad in India coming up with more offices and outside of India we have our offices located in US, Canda, Middle East, Turkey, Netherlands and more countries in Europe. We are currently working with over 75 brands including top mobile device brands, retailers, distributors, insurers, service providers and carriers like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Nokia, RealMe, Vivo to name a few.
