Overview
SkySquad is revolutionizing the travel industry by providing families, seniors, and others with a helping hand from car door to plane door.
SkySquad staff members are background checked, badged airport employees with a strong knowledge of the airport layout and a passion for helping others. We provide assistance for departures, arrivals, and layovers. Travel during a pandemic is more stressful than ever, and we make the process easier and more manageable by providing a helping hand along the way. We greet customers at the rental car drop off point, or at the airport entrance to make arrival seamless. Upon meeting, we help customers get all bags and baby gear out of the car, and bring it into the airport. Once inside, we help with ticketing and checking bags. From there, we guide customers to TSA where we help unload items onto the security belt. After security, we navigate our way to the proper gate. Throughout the process, we provide sanitizer after every touchpoint. Our assistants wear masks and ensure a cleaner experience by being the point person in the group for waiting in line for food or another purchase. At the gate, assistants can keep an eye on bags while the customer uses the restroom or takes children to the restroom. Finally, we can assist in folding up baby gear before walking on to the plane.
