Overview
We are a technology company that started its operations in 2018 and we are focused on capturing Smart Devices usage behavioral habits of a paid panel that we have built in India.
Supply Side :
Technology : VTION uses patented technology (US and India patents granted) that started with extraction of media related (OTT Video, Online Video, OTT Audio, Radio FM Tuners) data at a meta tag level from Android Smartphones in real time with an SDK. The functionality is now rolled out for Gaming Apps, Social Video Apps, E-commerce apps etc as well.
Consumer Panel : We have built a proportionate to population panel of 30,000 consumers that cuts across age, gender and Socio Economic Classification (SEC) of India top 465 towns which are over 1 lac population. These panelists have our proprietary App installed by full opt in consent and are a paid panel, complying to all Privacy Laws of the country as well as GDPR.
Demand Side :
Insights Business : We supply this actual behavioural data from our panel via our GTM partner, Kantar Media (Part of WPP Group / Bain Capital Group) on classic media planning dashboards and Insights presentations to Ad/Media Agencies, Platform Owners, Content Owners and Research companies as the first target market. Current customers : Spotify India, Prime Video India, GroupM
Activation Business : We supply our data to DMPs (Dentsu, GroupM, IPG) who use this as Seed Audience Data and conduct Look Alike Models that project segments on a large base that they have access to from Supply Side Platforms. Brands having used our data : Freecharge, Yes Bank, Tata Motors, Swiggy, One Plus amongst others.
